How to make Air Fryer Sweet Potatoes:
*Scroll down for full ingredient list and directions**
- I suggest using medium sized sweet potatoes in the Air fryer.
- Prep the sweet potatoes by washing the skin free of any dirt and then poke holes in the potatoes with a fork. Drizzle olive oil and salt over the sweet potatoes, then rub the oil all over the potatoes.

- Place the sweet potatoes into the Air fryer. Set the air fryer to 370 degrees Fahrenheit and 35 minutes. After 25 minutes open the Air Fryer and carefully (using tongs) flip the potatoes over. Cook the remaining 10 minutes. If your potatoes are larger, you may need more time. Check if they are fork tender, if not, cook for 3 minute increments until tender.
- Remove carefully and serve with your favorite toppings!

How to BAKE Sweet Potatoes:
- Use the same directions in terms of prepping the sweet potatoes.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Add oil and salt to the potatoes, then rub all over.
- Place them on a baking sheet and place them into the preheated oven. Cook for 40 minutes and check if they are fork tender. Depending on the size, you may need to bake 10-15 more minutes.
