I love Jalapeno Poppers, but don't love how long they take to make. I often buy them at the store, but you can save a TON of money by making them yourself, and its SUPER EASY! Using the Air Fryer is amazing for jalapeno poppers because it cooks so quickly and evenly. It takes 10 minutes to make this easy appetizer recipe from start to finish!

How to make Air Fryer Jalapeno Poppers:

- Make the filling for the jalapeno poppers: Soften cream cheese (microwave 30 seconds), then add salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic to the cream cheese. Add finely grated extra sharp cheddar cheese and Monterey cheese to the cream cheese. Mix with a fork until everything is completely combined.
- Prep the jalapeños: Wash the whole jalapeños, then cut them in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Set them aside. WASH YOUR HANDS!
- Make the filling for the jalapeno poppers: Soften the cream cheese (microwave 30 seconds), then add salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic. Add finely grated extra sharp cheddar cheese and Monterey cheese to the cream cheese. Mix with a fork until everything is completely combined.
- Next, you are going to fill the poppers with the filling; Spoon the filling into the empty pocket until it's full. I like to overfill them a little, but that is up to you!
- Once you fill all of the jalapeno poppers, place them into the air fryer basket and close it.
- Set the air fryer to 370 degrees F, then set the timer on 7 minutes. Once the time is up, open the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Remove carefully from the air fryer and top with cooked crumbled bacon and green onions if desired.

- 5 large jalapeños, cut in half and seeds removed
- 8 ounces cream cheese (I used ⅓ less fat)
- ½ teaspoon salt
