- Get all of the ingredients together and measured. Preheat the oven.
- For the cake: Using a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar together. Add the vanilla and eggs and beat to combine.
- Add the dry ingredients to another bowl and whisk to combine. Add this mixture to the butter mixer and mix on low until just combined.

- Add orange juice, chopped cranberries, orange zest and white chocolate chips to the bowl and mix. The dough will be thick, but sticky and soft.
- Line a baking tray (about 9x13) with parchment paper and lay out the dough in a thin layer (about ½ inch). Flatten with a spatula and place the baking sheet in the oven. Bake. Remove cranberry bliss bars from oven and let cook at least 15 minutes.

- For the frosting: Beat cream cheese with orange zest, lemon juice, vanilla and powdered sugar until combined. Spread over the cake and then sprinkle with the chopped cranberries.
- Melt the chocolate chiips and then drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the cake. Allow to set for 15-20 minutes.
- Cut the cranberry bliss bars into 3-4 inch squares, and then each square will be cut again diagonally. Serve.

How to store: The cranberry bliss bars will keep in the fridge in a sealed container for up to a week.
