I absolutely love Key Lime Pie, but sometimes I just don’t feel like making a pie. This is basically a short-cut recipe and comes together super fast. It’s a huge party pleaser! Bring this Key Lime Pie Dip to the next party you attend, and all your friends will be begging for the recipe!

With only a handful of ingredients, this dip is easy to make an also incredibly inexpensive. Here's how to make it...
How to make Key Lime Pie Dip:

- Get the ingredients together.
- Using a stand mixer or electric hand mixer, combine cream cheese and condensed milk until well mixed. Add lime juice and half of the lime zest then mix until combined.
- Transfer the key lie pie dip to a bowl, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- When serving, sprinkle remaining zest and crushed graham crackers on top of the dip.

What to serve with the dip:
- Fresh fruit is delicious dipped into this key lime pie dip. Use berries, apple slices, or banana slices.
- Graham crackers are perfect for scooping the dip. They mimic the crust that would typically be on a key lime pie, so they make the perfect partner for the dip.
- Vanilla wafer or Oreo cookies would be awesome dipped into this mixture as well!
- Use this dip as a base on a delicious fruit pizza!

- 4 ounces ⅓ less fat cream cheese (neufatchel cheese)
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- zest from 3 key limes
- juice from 3 key limes
- graham crackers and/or fruit for dipping

Using a stand mixer or electric mixer, combine cream cheese and condensed milk until well mixed. Add lime juice and half the lime zest; mix to combine.

Transfer to bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, up to overnight.

Sprinkle remaining zest on top; sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top if desired.
Refrigerate until serving. Keeps well in fridge and tastes even better if left overnight. Stays fresh for 1 week.
