
With only a handful of ingredients, Buffalo Chicken Tacos are the perfect easy meal! Healthy and delicious, this will be a dinner staple.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Using an oven safe dish, add the chicken breast and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Lightly cover in buffalo sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Check the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Remove from the oven, then use 2 forks and shred the chicken, mixing it with the buffalo sauce that is still in the baking dish.
Using flour or corn tortillas (or hard taco shells), add some shredded chicken, then top with celery, green onions, carrots, blue cheese crumbles, and ranch. Add additional buffalo sauce if desired.
Serve the buffalo chicken tacos immediately.
