In less than 10 minutes these healthy delicious salmon bites are ready to eat! Air fryer salmon bites are easy to make and totally delicious!
Using a small bowl, mix together all of the marinade ingredients.
Place the salmon into the bowl and gently toss to coat. Alternatively you can add the salmon and sauce to a zip lock bag to coat easily. Marinade in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
Using tongs, carefully place the the salmon bites one by one into the air fryer tray (do not dump the marinade into the air fryer). Close the air fryer and set at 400 degrees and 5 minutes. RESERVE MARINADE.
After 5 minutes, open the air fryer and gently shake the basket. Cook 1-3 more minutes or until the bites are cooked through and read 140 degrees F on an instant thermometer. Remove from the air fryer.
In a small sauce pot over medium/high heat, add the remainder of the marinade and bring to a quick boil. In a small cup or bowl, mix cornstarch and water.
Once the marinade is boiling add the cornstarch slurry and whisk to combine. Cook for 30 seconds or until thickened and remove from heat.
Top with glaze, sesame seeds, and green onions.
