Ingredients:
- Pasta - any type of short pasta works well for pasta salad. I used elbow macaroni.
- Dill Pickles - Use your favorite brand, I like claussen because of the strong garlic dill flavor!
- Cheese - extra sharp cheddar or Colby Jack cheese is best in this pasta salad
- Onions - yellow onion and green onion are both used in this recipe - if you don't like onions, they can be left out
- Fresh Dill - don't skimp on this - the flavor is amazing and makes the recipe POP!
- Bacon - also optional, but this crispy bacon gives this a nice crunch
- Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder
- Homemade ranch dressing - I recommend using the Hidden Valley seasoning pouches to make your ranch dressing, but your favorite bottled dressing could work as well.

Tips for making the Dill Pickle Pasta Salad:

- Refrigerate the pasta salad for at least 60 minutes, but it can be refrigerated overnight for a better flavor.
