Very good recipe! My husband and I had blindingly good terriyaki sauce with it which was an unexpected, but welcome addition!

Thank you for a recipe that got my vegetable-protesting 4 year old to eat some carrots! I loved the crisp that the carrots had coming out of the air fryer. I omitted the sugar (trying to decrease our sugar consumption), but I may add it next time to add a different flavor. I just used some seasoning salt and onion powder. So good!

Can you use canned cut carrots???

You can try but since they are already cooked they will 'roast' a whole lot faster. I would try for only 4-5 minutes or they might burn.

Frozen vegetables tend to hold a lot of water so I wouldn't recommend frozen vegetables when roasting.
