This tropical summer cocktail is perfect to sip next to the pool, at a BBQ, or just to enjoy the delicious pineapple flavor! Making this cocktail is fairly easy, but you do need a handful of ingredients. Here's how to make it:
How to make a Blue Hawaiian drink:

- Get all the ingredients together. You need:
- Coconut Rum
- Blue Curaçao
- Pineapple juice
- Ice cubes
- Cherries (Garnish)
- Pineapple slices (Garnish)
- Using a cocktail shaker, add the rum and pineapple juice and shake vigorously.
- Using a fun cocktail glass (I love these tiki glasses), add the blue caraçao, then top with ice cubes.
- Pour the pineapple mixture into the glass, pouring slowly over the ice.
- Garnish with cherries, pineapple slices, and a fun drink umbrella!
This blue Hawaiian drink will be a crowd favorite! Similar to a piña colada, but blue, everyone will love this fruity cocktail!

- 4 ounces Coconut rum
- 2 ounces Blue Curacao liqueur
- 6 ounces Pineapple juice
- ice cubes
- Maraschino cherries
- Pineapple slices

Different brands of Blue Curacao liqueur have different levels of "blue" coloring. If your cocktail turns out more green, and you want it blue, just add a few drops of blue food coloring and mix.
