Blue Hawaiian Drink
This classic Blue Hawaiian drink is favorite amongst Pina Colada lovers! The blue color makes it vibrant and fun!

Ingredients
- 4 ounces Coconut rum
- 2 ounces Blue Curacao liqueur
- 6 ounces Pineapple juice
- ice cubes
Garnish:
- Maraschino cherries
- Pineapple slices
Instructions

Using a cocktail shaker, add the rum and pineapple juice and shake vigorously.

In a glass, add the blue caracao, then top with ice cubes.

Pour the pineapple mixture into the glass, pouring slowly over the ice. Garnish with cherries, pineapple slices, and a fun drink umbrella!

Repeat for second glass.
Recipe Notes
Different brands of Blue Curacao liqueur have different levels of "blue" coloring. If your cocktail turns out more green, and you want it blue, just add a few drops of blue food coloring and mix.
