Buffalo Chicken Tacos - Easy Dinner!

With only a handful of ingredients, Buffalo Chicken Tacos are the perfect easy meal! Healthy and delicious, this will be a dinner staple!

INGREDIENTS: chicken breasts  salt & pepper paprika tortillas buffalo sauce  celery carrots  blue cheese crumbles green onions  ranch

How to make the Buffalo Chicken Tacos:

To make the chicken: 1. Preheat oven. . Using an oven safe dish, add the chicken breast and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Lightly cover in buffalo sauce.

Bake. Remove from the oven, then use 2 forks and shred the chicken, mixing it with the buffalo sauce that is still in the baking dish.

To top and serve: 1. Using flour or corn tortillas (or hard taco shells), add some shredded chicken, then top with celery, green onions, carrots, blue cheese crumbles, and ranch. Add additional buffalo sauce if desired. 2. Serve the buffalo chicken tacos immediately.
