1. Trim the ends of the asparagus about an inch up from the bottom.

2. Place the asparagus onto a plate.  Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the asparagus. Sprinkle kosher salt and ground black pepper over the top, then toss to coat the asparagus.

Step 3

Place the spears into the air fryer basket and close. Turn the air fryer to 400 degrees, and set for 7 minutes.

Step 4

Once the time is up, remove the basket and serve the asparagus.
