In a medium size saucepan, add in the sweetened condensed milk. Heat over medium heat until hot, stirring often. Once hot, add in the white chocolate, sugar cookie mix, butter, and vanilla extract. Continue stirring until everything has melted and the fudge mixture is smooth. It is very important to stir consistently as the fudge mixture is quick to burn.
Remove the fudge from the dish and cut into 36 pieces. Serve and enjoy.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or in the refrigerator for 10 days.
