1.25lbsof Yukon Gold Potatoesabout 3 medium potatoes
1tsp.Dried rosemary
¾tsp.Salt
½tsp.ground black pepper

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Cut potatoes into wedges.
3. Combine oil and garlic in a large bowl. Add the potatoes and toss to coat. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and rosemary and toss to coat.
4. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Place potatoes on a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes and then flip potatoes. Bake for an addition 5-10 minutes until potatoes are browned and can be forked easily.
