Prepare a classic graham cracker crust, but don’t bake it. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with butter, sugar, and salt in a food processor until well combined. Then firmly press crumb mixture into bottom of the 12 inch pie dish and set it aside.
Now it’s time to whip the cream with sugar. When you’re done, add ricotta cheese and mix it on high until it’s all smooth and fluffy. Pour it onto the graham cracker crust and place tightly strawberries one next to another.
