1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease an 11x7 glass baking dish, and then spread the peaches evenly in the dish.
2. In a small bowl mix 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ¼ cup brown sugar, 3 TBS flour, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice with a fork. Sprinkle mixture evenly over the peaches.
3. In a medium bowl mix (ingredients from topping list) flour, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg, and salt. Stir in the egg with a fork until it resembles a course crumble.
4. Sprinkle the crumbles evenly over the peaches and drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is browned and the filling is bubbling.
