
Making this Candy Cane Fudge is so easy with this 3 ingredient recipe! This is the perfect festive recipe, which takes minimal effort and will wow a crowd!
In a medium microwave safe bowl, add chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Place in the microwave and cook for 1 minute. Remove and stir; will be partially melted. Place back in the microwave and cook 15 seconds, remove and stir. Continue cooking in 15 seconds increments until completely melted. It should not take more than 2 minutes total.
Mix in 1 cup of the crushed candy canes
Using a medium baking dish (rectangle 9x11 or square 8x8) lined with parchment paper, pour the melted mixture into the dish, then spread to distribute evenly. Add the remaining crushed candy canes to the top of the fudge and lightly press down into the fudge.
Place in the fridge for at least 8 hours to set. Remove and cut into squares and serve. Keep in an airtight container for up for 1 week.
