With only a handful of ingredients, these Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings are done in less than 20 minutes and incredibly delicious!
Pat the wings completely dry (this will help them get crispy) with a paper towel.
Using a large bowl, add olive oil, lemon juice, zest, lemon pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Add the wings and toss to coat completely. Optional: cover the bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
Preheat the Air Fryer at 400 F degrees for 2 minutes. Add the wings in a single layer to the air fryer (they should NOT be touching), and cook for 10 minutes at 400 F degrees.
After the timer goes off, open and carefully flip over the chicken wings. Close the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees F for 6-8 minutes (the internal temp should reach 165 degrees).
Remove the lemon pepper chicken wings and serve with your favorite side dishes or dips!
