In less than 20 minutes this popular appetizer is ready to eat! These Air Fryer Crab Rangoon are crispy, delicious, and healthier!
Combine the cream cheese, crab meat, green onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and lime juice in a small bowl.
Brush one side of a wonton wrapper with olive oil. Flip the wonton wrapper over so the olive oil side is facing down.
Add a tablespoon of crab filling in the center of the wonton wrapper.
Brush the edges of the wonton with water (I use my finger). Pull two opposite corners of the wonton together, pressing them gently to steal. Then, pull the remaining two corners up to form a square. Steal the four lines together so the filling doesn’t burst when cooked.
Place the crab rangoon in the air fryer (make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket). Cook at 375F for 8 minutes, or until the wontons are crisp and golden brown (may need 10 minutes total depending on air fryer). Serve warm, with sweet chili sauce.
To reheat: Add the left over rangoon back to the air fryer and set to 350 degrees and cook for 3 minutes.
