AIR FRYER  HOMEMADE MEATBALLS

With only a handful of fresh ingredients, these air fryer meatballs are done in 20 minutes! Super juicy and delicious, these are the best meatballs!

INGREDIENTS:

– ground beef – Italian sausage – breadcrumbs –  egg – onion powder – garlic powder – dried basil – dried oregano – dried thyme – salt & pepper – parmesan cheese – fresh parsley

STEP 1: In a large bowl add the breadcrumbs, egg, seasonings, parsley, and grated parmesan cheese. Toss to combine.

STEP 2: Add the beef and pork into the bowl, then use your hands to combine everything thoroughly.

STEP 3: Taking about 2-3 TBS of meat mixture (this is a hearty sized meatball), roll it into a round ball, pressing it firmly together. Repeat for all of the meat, until you have 18-20 meatballs.

STEP 4: Place the meatballs into the air fryer basket, making sure they are NOT touching (the air needs to circulate around them).

STEP 5:  Cook in the air fryer on 370 degrees for 9 minutes. Open the air fryer and shake the meatballs, then close and cook for 3-4 additional minutes.
