Quick & Easy Sautéed Kale

Kale is a delicious and nutritious side dish that is easy to make and packed full of vitamins! Sautéed Kale is tasty and done in no time!

INGREDIENTS:

– olive oil – garlic – chopped kale – vegetable or chicken broth  – salt – black pepper – crushed red pepper flakes – red wine vinegar

STEP 1: - Using a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and garlic; sauté until the garlic is fragrant. Add the chopped kale to the skillet, then turn the heat to high and add the broth; stir to coat. Cover the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.

STEP 2: - Add salt, pepper and red pepper flakes, then cook uncovered for 2-3 more minutes (or until there is no liquid left).

STEP 3: - Turn off heat, then add red wine vinegar and toss to coat the sautéed kale

Serve hot and immediately!
