STEP ONE:- Pat the salmon dry, then season. Using a medium size skillet, add the oil and heat over medium heat. - Place the salmon skin side up into the skillet and cook for a few minutes, then flip and cook the other side for a few minutes. Remove and set aside.
STEPS 2 & 3– Add the mushrooms and tomatoes into the skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for a few minutes.– Pour the half and half into the pan, stir and turn down the heat. Wait 2-3 minutes. If the cream is too thick, add some water.
