Low Carb Big Mac Salad

All of the classic Big Mac ingredients and flavors fill this delicious salad, but with no bun there's no guilt! This low carb Big Mac Salad will become a dinner staple!

INGREDIENTS:

– non stick spray – lean ground beef – white onion – lettuce – dill pickle slices – tomato – cheddar cheese – Big Mac Sauce

STEP 1 - Make the big mac sauce and place it in the fridge to meld while cooking everything else. 

STEP 2: - In a medium skillet, add the lean ground beef and ½ the chopped onion. Mix and cook until crumbled and cooked through. Drain the fat/grease, set aside.

STEP 3:  - While the ground beef is cooking, prep the vegetables: Chop the lettuce, onions, dill pickles, and tomatoes. Have the cheese ready as well.

Step 4: Using a large bowl, add lettuce, tomatoes, remaining chopped onion, pickles, cheese, cooked beef.

Step 5: Drizzle the copycat Big Mac Sauce over the top! Toss and enjoy!
