Air Fryer Potato Skins

These Air Fryer Potato Skins use cooked potatoes and take less than 10 minutes to make! Serve these on game-day or as a delicious appetizer!

INGREDIENTS:

– russet potatoes – olive oil – salt – pepper – Ranch dressing  seasoning – Colby jack or cheddar cheese – cooked bacon – sour cream – green onions

STEP 1

Using the halved cooked potatoes, scoop out a bit of the potato flesh to make a pocket and set it aside. 

STEPS 2 AND 3

Drizzle olive oil over the top of the potatoes, then brush to coat completely. Sprinkle salt and pepper and ranch  over potato skins. Add the potato skins to the air fryer basket and set to 400 degrees and 5 minutes. Remove basket.

STEP 4

Add shredded cheese and bacon crumbles to the pocket of the potato skins. Close the air fryer basket and cook remaining time. Carefully remove potato skins.

STEP 5

Top the potato skins with desired toppings such as sour cream and green onions. Enjoy!
