Air Fryer Crispy Asian Glazed Chicken Wings

•chicken wings (drums & flats) •sesame oil •red pepper flakes •garlic •brown sugar •soy sauce •ginger •sriracha  •cornstarch •green onions & sesame seeds

STEP ONE: Add marinade ingredients to the bowl, mix. Pat wings dry and place into a bowl; toss to coat.

STEP TWO: Add wings in a single layer and cook. 

STEP THREE: Flip wings over, brush with marinade, then finish cooking.

STEP FOUR: Remove the wings and set aside.

STEP FIVE: Make the glaze:

• Using a small sauce pot on the stove top, add the left over marinade and heat on HIGH heat. Once it starts boiling, reduce to a simmer. • Using a small cup, add cornstarch and water, then mix. Pour the slurry into the mixture, bring back to a quick boil, then turn back down to a simmer and cook 5 minutes; stirring occasionally. The sauce should thicken up quickly. Remove from heat and brush the sauce over the wings.


Garnish with chopped green onions & sesame seeds!
