The Easiest Lemon Cake I Have Ever Made!
Saying goodbye to summer is hard, with this easy recipe you can have a taste of summer anytime! What a fun light desert for the end of summer. Prep-time is 5 minute (with toddler interruption), bake time 20 minutes. Let cool before you put the powdered sugar on.
What you will need:
Angel food cake mix
one 14 oz can of lemon pie filling
powdered sugar
mixing bowl
spoon
9×9 pan
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the angel food cake mix with the lemon pie filling together in a bowl. I sprayed the pan with Pam just in case. Then I spread the lemon mixture into the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. It will be golden brown on top. Let cool before you sprinkle the powdered sugar on. Enjoy!
