This Blueberry Sorbet has only two ingredients which makes it super easy to make and majorly delicious!
Homemade sorbet is one of my most favorite desserts, and lately, I have been getting my kids to eat it with me, which is a total score. This delicious Blueberry Sorbet is only made with 2 ingredients, so I know exactly what my kids are eating as dessert. The recipe is so simple and easy to make over the weekend and enjoy all week!
Like I said, only 2 ingredients - DOLE® Frozen Wild Blueberries and sweetened condensed milk. You need the condensed milk as the sweetener for the sorbet, otherwise you will have a very tart ‘treat’ on you hands. I love using the DOLE Frozen Wild Blueberries, because I can keep them in my freezer all the time, and whip up this sorbet in just a few minutes. My kids usually ask for ice cream or other not so healthy desserts, but once I make the Blueberry sorbet, that’s all they want. It’s a simple solution to getting them eating a healthier dessert!
Now that my kids are into eating the fruit sorbet, I don’t have to worry about their crabby attitudes and sugar highs (and lows!)…disaster averted!
