Rainbow Layered Smoothies have four layers of delicious fruit. Perfectly refreshing and delicious!

Rainbow Layered Smoothies have four layers of delicious fruit. Perfectly refreshing and delicious!Guys, it is SO hot here in Atlanta, I can barely take it and it's not even technically summer! Today it is already 94 degrees. Other than jumping in the pool or staying inside, I love to cool down by making delicious fresh Rainbow Layered Smoothies at home. Using fresh fruit and veggies is always nutritious, and now I don’t feel guilty for adding something extra to my smoothies to sweeten them up a bit. I’ve been using Born Sweet Zing™ Zero Calorie Stevia Sweetener, and it’s the perfect zero calorie solution and it gives the perfect amount of sweet to a Rainbow Layered Smoothies!

These Rainbow Layered smoothies are so delicious and filling! I love making them for breakfast or for a mid afternoon snack so I’m not starving by the time dinner rolls around.  For these smoothies, I used fresh kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, and bananas. If you want to substitute some other fruits or veggies, go for it! Spinach would make a really vibrant green layer!

The best way to make these layered smoothies is to make sure the fruit is FROZEN first. This way it won’t be too runny when you pour it out. But, if you don’t really care if the layered get mixed up, don’t worry about it being frozen beforehand. I know sometimes I just want to throw my just bought fruit into my blender and then smoothie it up for a snack- no problem! You only need a few more ingredients – vanilla or plain Greek yogurt (I like vanilla for smoothies), frozen banana chunks, Born Sweet Zing™ Zero Calorie Stevia Sweetener, and whatever fruit you want! Simple!

Not only have I been using Born Sweet Zing™ Zero Calorie Stevia Sweetener for smoothies though, I have also been using it in my morning coffee and sprinkling a bit on my steel cut oats. It’s perfect for those things and I love how it comes in the easy scoop jar and the individual packets. Born Sweet Zing™ Zero Calorie Stevia Sweetener is made with only real ingredients – nothing artificial, which makes me feel good about consuming it!
