
Spicy Steamed Bok Choy is the perfect easy side dish. Taking less than 5 minutes to make, it's quick, easy, and packs a punch of flavor!
In a small bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, cloves and chili flakes. Set aside.
Cut bok choy length ways in halves. Place into a steamer, cut-side up. Steam covered until tender, about 3 minutes or 4-5 minutes if using larger bok choy
Transfer to serving bowl. Drizzle over the dressing. Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
