
Only 20 minutes to make this delicious Salmon with Cream Sauce! Packed with tomatoes and mushrooms, this salmon is the perfect easy dinner!
Cut the salmon into 3 filets, then pat dry with paper towel. Remove any bones with tweezers or fingers. Brush the salmon with olive oil, then sprinkle salt and spices over the top. Pat down lightly.
Heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the salmon skin side up and cook for 2 minutes.
Carefully flip the pieces over and cook on the other side for 3 minutes.
Transfer the salmon to a plate. Add the mushrooms and tomatoes to the skillet, then cook 3-4 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Pour half and half into the skillet, stir and turn heat onto low. Cook 2-3 minutes. If the cream is too thick, add some water.
Transfer the salmon to the skillet, cover with a lid, then simmer in the sauce for another 5-6 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
Remove lid and drizzle the salmon with the cream sauce and turn off the heat. Cover with a lid and leave for 2-3 minutes.
Carefully transfer the salmon to a plate and serve with fresh herbs, remaining sauce, mushrooms.
