One Skillet Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo is the easiest one pan meal! Done in 20 minutes, it's perfect for busy nights!
In a large sided skillet or pot, add chicken and season with salt and pepper. Over medium heat, saute for about 4 minutes, turning in between to cook through both sides. Add baby spinach and saute until the spinach is cooked down. Drain off any additional liquid. Return to burner.
Add butter, milk, broth, and garlic. Increase heat and bring to simmer and stir until the butter is melted then add the fettuccine. For the next few minutes, stir/poke apart the noodles so they don't clump together. After 2-3 minutes of this, reduce the heat to medium and cover the pot/skillet. Cook 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Uncover and add cream and parmesan cheese, stir to combine and melt the cheese; while simmering until the sauce thickens, 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Garnish with more parmesan cheese and parsley if desired. Add salt and pepper to taste.
