1bag fresh baby spinach or 1 pound fresh spinach leaves
1inchfresh gingerminced
1teaspoonsesame oil
2garlic clovesminced
1TBSblack or white sesame seeds
salt to taste
Instructions
1. In a large non stick skillet heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and saute for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add spinach, sauteing frequenting. Once spinach is wilted, remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds. Add a sprinkle of salt to the top and serve.
