The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich is a classic staple that can easily be made at home using fresh ingredients! Done in less than 15 minutes, this sandwich is an easy dinner or lunch solution!
Mix the seasonings in a small bowl, then generously sprinkle over the chicken. Flip the chicken over and season the other side.
Using a medium sized skillet, add oil to have a thin layer in the skillet (2-4 TBS depending on the size of your skillet). Heat for 1 minute over medium heat, then add the chicken breasts. Cook for 5 minutes, then flip, cooking 4-5 more minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove from skillet.
Add ⅓ cup wing sauce to a shallow dish or bowl. Place chicken into the sauce and stir to coat the chicken breasts.
Assemble the sandwiches: bottom of bun, lettuce, chicken breast, tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles, ranch, and buffalo sauce. Dig in!
