
Making bagel chips has never been easier than with the air fryer! Done in less than 15 minutes and perfectly crispy! No air fryer, bake them in the oven!
Cut bagels in half (from top to bottom, not the traditional way) and then into round slices (about ¼ inch thick).
Place the slices into the air fryer basket and make sure they aren’t overlapping too much.
Close the air fryer and cook at 325 degrees for 7 minutes. Open and shake, and then add 2-3 more minutes depending on done-ness. Remove from the air fryer.
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Using a lightly greased baking sheet, spread the chopped bagel pieces in an even layer. Place them in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Check done-ness and then bake an additional 5 minutes if needed. Remove from oven. The chips will get crispier as they cool so be careful not to over-bake.
They will last up to 5 days stored in an air-tight container or ziplock bag.
