Quick, easy and delicious weeknight dinners with Michael Angelo’s make your life SO much easier – just bake and serve! So yummy and the family will LOVE them!
Seeing that cooking is my literal job, sometimes I need a break. I love creating quick and easy meals that anyone can replicate at home, however sometimes I like a break from the kitchen. That’s where Michael Angelo’s comes in. Their super delicious meals guarantee you’re serving high-quality ingredients, while still being an authentically Italian meal—yum! I can feel good about feeding this to my family! Today’s post is sponsored by Michael Angelo’s, but all opinions are my own.
Michael Angelo’s offers several bake-and-serve meals, but the vegetable and meat lasagnas are my favorite! My kids gobble up the cheesy goodness of their Lasagna with Meat Sauce and me and my husband love the Vegetable Lasagna. My kids always help me make ‘everything garlic bread’ (see recipe below) and a small salad to serve on the side. They feel good about helping, and I feel good knowing that Michael Angelo’s products don’t have preservatives, fillers, or artificial ingredients! You can find Michael Angelo’s products in single serve (for one) or family size packages (for 4 people); look for the green boxes in the frozen foods aisle in your grocery store!
I love that Michael Angelo’s says no to compromise and shortcuts: Michael Angelo’s takes the time to build flavors throughout the cooking process, adding each hand-selected ingredient at the right moments to release the best flavors and create full flavors
Michael Angelo’s ingredients are real:
- Fresh Cheeses: Parmesan and Romano cheeses made by experts who know how to age it to the perfect texture and flavor, store it at the right temperature and protect it every step of the way. Mozzarella and Ricotta cheeses are made with equal quality, care and craftsmanship.
- Tomatoes: Having tested tomatoes from all over the world, Michael Angelo’s only use the reddest, Grade A, vine-ripened tomatoes, grown in Northern California.
- Heirloom Garlic: The cornerstone of many authentic Italian dishes, Michael Angelo’s uses heirloom garlic grown from Italian seed. Heirloom garlic produces a juice that ensures each clove caramelizes to perfection and produces a consistently mild, sweet flavor.

For quick and easy we usually do things like hot dogs or spaghetti. If we don’t need it quick, but we want it easy, we do heat and heat things like these meals. The Michael Angelo’s have microwave directions on them, but we almost always bake them in the oven, especially the chicken parm that has a breaded crust.
