I've never made a FREAK CAKE before, so when I came up with the idea for my friend's birthday, I knew it would be amazing! This Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream FREAK Cake is loaded with SO many delicious and decadent toppings, it is over the top freaky! Now, ever since I was a little girl I was a big fan of ice cream cakes...what's not to like?! They combine two delicious desserts. Now, the Ice Cream Cakes come in many different styles and sizes, including original Carvel®, Jon Donaire® and OREO®, however, the Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Cake takes it to a new level! Two giant chocolate chip cookies surrounding delicious vanilla ice cream, then rolled in little chocolate crunchies on the outside...it's DELICIOUS!

    

I knew this base would be PERFECT for my FREAK cake! I decided to add my friend's favorite treats - whipped cream, mini chocolate chip cookies, mini chocolate glazed donuts, mini chocolate chips, and chocolate syrup! It's a chocolate ice cream monster!

When the Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream FREAK Cake was revealed at my friend's birthday celebration, he went nuts! Oh, nuts!!! I should have added nuts!!! that would have been another great addition to the FREAK cake! Anyway, everyone thought it was awesome and couldn't wait to try it out! I was more worried about how I was going to cut the cake, but it ended up working out perfectly!

The only part I actually made was the whipped cream - 2 cups heavy cream whipped to stiff peaks, then added ¼ cup powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla and whipped some more!
