Easy Air Fryer Bagel Chips

Making bagel chips has never been easier than with the air fryer! Done in less than 15 minutes and perfectly crispy! No air fryer, bake them in the oven!

INGREDIENTS:

– everything bagels (or whatever flavor you want) – olive oil spray – garlic powder – salt – onion powder

STEP ONE: Cut bagels in half (from top to bottom, not the traditional way) and then into round slices (about ¼ inch thick).

STEP 2 - Add the slices to a ziplock bag or a bowl, then spritz with olive oil and add the seasonings. Shake or mix carefully to coat the slices.

STEP 3: To cook in air fryer: -Place the slices into the air fryer basket and make sure they aren’t overlapping too much.  - Close the air fryer and cook. Remove from the air fryer.

To cook in the oven: Preheat the oven. Using a lightly greased baking sheet, spread the chopped bagel pieces in an even layer. Place them in the oven and bake. Check done-ness and then bake an additional minutes if needed. Remove from oven. The chips will get crispier as they cool so be careful not to over-bake.
