- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temp
- ¼ teaspoon minced fresh garlic
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 stalks green onion, diced
- ⅛ teaspoon dried chives

Add all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Mix on a low speed or by hand until ingredients are totally combined. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serve alongside dippers!
