Slow cooker beef stew is full of vegetables and the perfect comfort meal. With the slow cooker, it’s a true ‘set it and forget it’ recipe everyone will love.
Using at least a 6qt slow cooker, add all of the ingredients except the cornstarch, water, and peas. Close the lid, set on low, and cook for 7 hours.
When the time is up, add water and cornstarch to a bowl and mix to combine. Add the mixture to the slow cooker and stir to combine. Add the frozen peas to the slow cooker. Close the lid and then set to high and cook for 30 minutes.
Remove lid and serve warm.
