1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a small pot over medium high heat, add the cranberries, juice, and sugar to the pot. Stir to combine. Once it comes to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer for 5 minutes, covered. The cranberries should be popping, but you can also use a fork or wooden spoon to mash them. Once it has thickened up, turn off heat and set aside.

3. While that is cooking, cut the top of the rind of the cheese using a large serrated knife (this will make it super easy). Place the cheese cut side up on an oven safe plate or dish. Cook for 10 minutes and remove from oven.

4. Top the cheese with cranberry sauce, and place back in the oven for 2-5 minutes. My sauce was extremely hot so I didn't need to bake it much more.

5. Remove from oven and serve immediately with crackers or slices of baguette bread.
