Set on high or manual pressure for 5 minutes. You should remember when using the Instant Pot, that the time it takes to cook the recipe (5 mins), is not the total time of the recipe. You need to give the pot some time to ‘come to pressure’ which could be 5-10 minutes before the countdown begins.
After the instant pot beeps and the time is done, quick release the pressure by flipping the valve to the side. Be careful as some steam will be coming from the top of the pot. Once the steam is released, open the pot.
Stir the contents of the dip to combine, then add the parmesan and mozzarella cheeses to the pot. Stir until the cheeses are melted and combined into the dip
Serve hot with crackers, chips, sliced bread, or whatever you want!
