Easy Sheet Pan Nachos

Easy Sheet Pan Nachos are the perfect solution for tailgating or game day. Tortilla chips are layered with chicken, fresh vegetables, cheese and more! Easy!

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 2 medium roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 medium red onion, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken breast*, chopped
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 6 ounces colby jack cheese, grated
  • pickled jalapenos, optional
  • 1/3 cup Fresh Cravings Salsa
  • 1/4 cup non fat plain greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heated Fresh Cravings Queso
  • 2 TBS chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 large avocado, skin removed and sliced


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Lay half of the tortilla chips onto a baking sheet in an even layer without gaps between the chips. Add a half of the shredded cheese, half of the tomatoes, half of the onions, half of the chicken, and half of the black beans.

  3. Add the rest of the chips over the top, then the remaining cheese, tomatoes, onions, chicken, and black beans. Lastly add the pickled jalapeños over the top (optional).

  4. Place the nachos into the oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven carefully.

  5. Heat Fresh Cravings Queso until warm throughout. Drizzle queso over the top of the chips. Add 1/3 cup of Fresh Cravings Salsa  in the center of the nachos, then 1/4 cup of greek yogurt or sour cream to the center.

  6. Garnish with sliced avocado and cilantro if desired. DIG IN!

*Tip: Use rotisserie chicken for easy prep! Recipe uses about 1/2 a rotisserie chicken.
