Grilled Sausage Foil Packs

Grilled Sausage Foil Packs are loaded with delicious Yuengling infused sausage, red potatoes, mini corn cobs, and onions! Perfect for a quick easy dinner!

Ingredients

  • 4 Yuengling sausages, sliced
  • 1 large onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 ears corn, cut into 1-2 inch slices
  • 10-12 baby red potatoes/fingerling potatoes, cut into bite sized chunks
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat grill over medium heat.

  2. In a large bowl combine the first 5 ingredients. Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper over the top and then mix to combine.

  3. Lay out 4 heavy duty sheets of foil (at least 10 inches long), and divide mixture evenly between the foil sheets. Taking the long end of the foil, meet them at the top and then roll down to seal. Roll up sides to seal. Make sure not to roll too tightly as you need some space inside for the heat to move around.

  4. Place foil packs on the grill and then close grill. Cook for 10 minutes, then using a pot hold shake around each packet a bit. Close and cook 5 more minutes.

  5. Remove, open packets and serve right from packet or pour onto a plate. Serve with your favorite Yuengling beer!
