Easy Ham & Cheese Dip


  • 1 package Nature and Raised Ham chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces shredded swiss or gruyere cheese
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 4 green onions chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and swiss cheese. Microwave it for 20 seconds, then mix to combine. Add the ham, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt; mix to combine. Pour into a shallow baking dish, and spread into an even layer.

  3. Place in the center of the oven, and bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until melted ad bubbling. Turn oven to broil, and broil for about 2-3 minutes, or until you have a nice browning on the top.

  4. Remove from oven, add chopped green onions to the top.

  5. Serve with baguette slices, crackers, or vegetable sticks.

Recipe Notes

I highly recommend shredding your own cheese - it melts way better and is generally better for cooking.
