I know it adds alot of work, but nutritional information (or serving sizes at the very least) would be quite helpful. Sometimes things aren’t as bad as you think for you, and other times they are worse than you thought and when you’re on a special diet, the nutritional information is helpful. All your recipes look so good though, will definitely be trying quite a few of them! Thank you!
Hi there – typically if the recipe is healthy/low calorie I do provide calorie counts or at least mention that it’s healthy. I use websites like myfitnesspal.com to figure out nutritional information. If you are trying to track your foods I highly recommend it. Serving size is a very touchy subject because people will eat however much they want regardless, so it’s sort of a dated practice. I hope you enjoy the recipe though, they are delicious!
