I hope everyone had a great Mother's Day and is ready for the week ahead! We had a really nice day - we went to brunch with some friends, spent some time at the pool, and then met up with family for a delicious Italian Dinner. Spending the day with my family and friends was pretty amazing. I also got an Apple Watch, but I think I might return it...I am not totally digging it yet. We will see. So, here is our weekly meal plan! There are so many delicious recipes this week, including my Broccoli Cheese Stuffed Spaghetti Squash - YUM!
