Another week another meal plan! I can't believe we are into MAY!!! Ahhh! Here in Georgia we have only 3 weeks of school left and then SUMMER! Woot! I have been scrambling to sign up for camps and get everything settled for my kids, and in the meantime I have been traveling like crazy - so busy! These are the times when planning is so so important! You don't want to fall into the drive-thru/takeout trap and sabotage your wallet and waistline. I have some great recipes this week, including my Spicy Thai Noodles which is my most popular recipe EVER! You have to try it!
