Happy Monday, y'all! Actually, is it ever a happy Monday?! It's like back to the grind and back to reality after the weekend. Meal planning is a great way to save yourself time and sanity, so it's important to get it done at the beginning of the week. I typically meal plan on Sunday's, then head to the store either Sunday afternoon or Monday morning - it works for me. I am drooling over this week's meal plan though (see below), because oh man that Broccoli Alfredo looks INSANE! I can't wait to try it! What's on your meal plan for this week?!
