Ready for another week?! I hope so, because time is not going to stop for you! My older son's soccer started back up this weekend and we had a crazy weekend on top of that. Tons of events, birthday parties, sports, and more and more! It went by so fast, but I am SO tired! The last thing I want to do is meal planning, but I know if I don't, I am going to be sorry as the week begins. Meal planning saves time, money, and my sanity. I suggest you try it, or make sure you continue if you are doing it already. Happy last week of February!

Hey! I can see why that would be confusing. This is not a vegetarian blog. My family are vegetarians, but as a professional cook (previous jobs), I cooked a lot of meat dishes. Hope that makes sense! It is a meal plan that is drawn up for inspiration to our readers, not necessarily the meal plan my family is eating.
