These last few weeks with school wrapping up have been so crazy busy! My son’s last day was last Friday (over a week ago now!), but getting used to the new summer schedule and camp schedules takes some time for sure! I have been majorly slacking on my own personal meal planning, but I have found myself getting back to it this last week. We have been trying to eat SUPER healthy so I have been experimenting with lots of salads and healthier dishes…stay tuned for lots of healthy recipes! For now, lets check out this week’s Easy Meal Plan and see what we have! My no-mayo tuna melt has been a hit for the last few months so you definitely need to try that!
